What's Going on Here: Current and Completed Street Works options will now only retrieve notices which are within the last 3 months and meet their existing requirements
When entering costs there is now validation to ensure that times where the end time is before the start can no longer be logged
Users are now prevented from accidentally capturing costs against two tasks at the same time
The End of Day menu option is disabled if costs still need to be recorded against an outstanding Task
It is now possible to record an SOR Item when logging costs against Survey Tasks
New system setting to make specifying an SOR Item on Job or Survey Tasks mandatory
The total amount of time that can be logged on any one occasion has been limited to 12 hours. This is to help users realise that they haven't done an "End of Day" for the previous day
Cost Capture is now enabled for Ad-hoc Inspection of existing Features
With Cost Capture enable it is no longer possible to Log Off until End of Day has been completed
On Date Time fields, the time element is now at the top of the form
An SOR Item can now be recorded against End of Day costs
It is possible enforce the recording of an SOR Item when capturing costs
The Notes field for Condition Survey Observations can be set as Mandatory when the Condition has been left at Not Assessed. This would require the officer to enter some details prior to completing the inspection.
New ConfirmConnect System Setting to prevent the defaulting of Defect Description and Location from Enquiry Subject, Number and Location when unchecked - defaults to checked.
It is now possible to create New Street Works Inspections, Defects, Features and Enquiries from the main Map tab.
The ability to sort the Task List by Scheduled Date has been added.
​Job Costing can now be limited to selected Gangs.
Job Costing enhances the existing Jobs functionality by allowing the capture of labour and plant time and quantities of materials used against the work (Jobs) logged by Gangs.
